At launch, we collect limited personal data, including:

• Newsletter subscriptions: email address and (if you provide it) name.
• Contact enquiries: name, email address, and any message content you submit.
• Security and anti-spam signals: we use technical measures (including Cloudflare Turnstile) to reduce spam and automated abuse on forms.
• Website usage data (optional): if you consent to analytics, we may collect information about pages visited and approximate usage patterns to improve the site.

3. What we do not intentionally collect

We do not intentionally collect special category health data through the website (such as symptom questionnaires, diagnosis details, or medical records). We do not offer user accounts and we do not enable public comments.

4. How we use your data

• To send newsletter emails to subscribers who opt in.
• To respond to enquiries sent via our contact forms or direct email.
• To protect the site from spam, automated submissions, and abuse (for example, through Turnstile and rate limiting).
• If you consent, to understand website traffic and improve website performance and content via analytics.

We process personal data under the following legal bases:

• Consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) : for newsletter subscriptions and (where required) optional analytics.

6. Email marketing provider

Newsletter services are provided by Kit (formerly ConvertKit) or another GDPR-aligned email service provider (final provider may vary as the platform evolves). You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.

If you consent, we use analytics tools to understand how visitors use the website and to improve performance and user experience. We may use:

• Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
• Plausible Analytics
